A build session, turned into a practical collaboration guide.
This version keeps the same build material, but edits it into usable guidance. Each card shows how the human sets intent, how the AI turns that intent into structure, and where judgement is needed to keep the work useful.
This version is the collaboration-guide reading of the same source material. It does not try to be the rawest record of the build, and it does not argue against AI. Its brief is to make the workflow teachable: name the outcome, define the loop, protect the architecture, package the work, tidy the interface, connect companion tools, and preserve the value already built.
The human voice carries intent, taste, correction, and product judgement. The AI voice turns those signals into structure, implementation steps, and clearer next actions. The point is to show a useful working pattern without pretending that the AI supplied the whole direction by itself.
The app is still a static single-page prototype. It has no dependencies, no build step, and no backend. Open web-app/index.html in a browser to review it.
